If Barletta is smart, and that is a big if, unless Paige has over 50,000 to spend Barletta should not spend any money in the primary and bank it all for the general election. He can win the primary on name recognition alone. Barletta has the power of being an elected official and can get on the news at the drop of a hat and get a lot of free media.
