This video was terrible. That lady looked like she was on the verge of laughing or strangling someone the entire time, and nearly everything she said was ether false or manipulated.

Yes Lou looks like such a bad guy, taking the time to correctly answer her questions and set her straight after she ambushed him walking out of a meeting. I didn’t know being convicted of a crime and repaying your debt to society made someone like social kryptonite for the rest of their lives, contaminating all who knew them. Anyone who thinks this is an issue has a very warped sense of justice.

We all know how this video would have ended if she did that to Paul “I don’t apologize to anyone” Kanjorski haha. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qzpz3hiyCxc&feature=related

Post this on your shrill little blog, it’s much more damning than anything you have said about Lou.

    Steven,
Are you saying that if someone is convicted of a felony, that their conviction should not be considered in future endeavors??
Many groups/agencies would disagree. Convicted felons can’t vote, convicted felons can’t be cops, convicted felons cant be teachers, convicted felons cant join the miltary, etc. etc.
So, YES, associating with a convicted felon should be questioned and scrutinized to the fullest extent. Anything less would be irresponsible of the voters and the media.

I find it interesting that these folks are leasing the business from Lou. I was under the impression he sold it to them. This is something that really needs to be looked into further.

This video contains several false pieces of information. DBI stands for the DeAngelo Brothers Inc. The firm was started by the DeAngelo Brothers in 1978. They recently celebrated their 30th year in business. As such Lou Barletta never sold DBI to the DeAngelo Brothers. Secondly Barletta’s wife was never ever listed on the board of DBI so that question is asking false information. Thirdly if Lou Barletta sold DBI to the DeAngelo Brothers as she claims in the opening why is she asking how much money he is receiving from leasing DBI to the DeAngelo brothers? Some investigative reporting. If you don’t believe me look up the information at the Department of State for Pennsylvania. The bartneder/videographer is involved in a band. Why would he want to be involved? Did he honestly believe he would be able to hide behind that camera? So what do you call false information disseminated to the public in an effort to tarnish the reputation of a person? Don’t be so blind in your hate to forget there are rules. What happens to the band when his transgressions become public? My advice to you would be to take a hard look at the facts and decide whether you want to perpetuate false information.

Janet you are correct. Lou sold a different business to them but this supposed Columbia University student flunked her exam if this was it. First rule in investigative reporting “Get your facts straight.” At Cornerstone Technology the government is still questioning the location of the pumps used at the facility. When something you own is missing is there a crime involved? $10 miilion dollars gone up in smoke.

James I must say you are weakminded. Soon you will be going the way of the DoDo, and I will be there to have a chat with you.

  6. Steven Says:

Look at Ronald, coming out with swinging with some hard hitting and informative debate.

The bottom line up front is that this video is the very definition of Yellow Journalism. It’s peppered with false statements, unabashed bias, and shows a complete lack of any journalistic talent what so ever.

Tony, I understand where your coming from and that’s a valid point, however when you carry it over and try to infer that if someone who did something bad donates to a campaign, than that campaign is bad, I can’t see the logic in that. Now when Barletta gets into Congress if he votes for legislation that unfairly benefits a certain donor, Like Mr. Kanjorski and the housing loan industry for example, than you have a valid argument against that campaign.
